Privacy policy
This policy explains how Demandaxis Ltd collects and uses personal data through this website, the contact form and business-to-business outreach. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Who we are
Demandaxis Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17478980, with its registered office in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Demandaxis Ltd.
For personal data collected through this website and our own business development, we are the data controller. For outreach we run in a client's name, the client is the controller and we act as its processor. The client's own privacy notice applies to that data, as explained on the trust and compliance page.
Questions about this policy or your personal data can be sent to sales@demandaxis.co.uk.
What we collect
When you contact us
Your name, work email address, company, role, company stage and the content of your message, together with anything else you choose to tell us in later correspondence.
When you visit this website
Anonymous usage information collected by Vercel Web Analytics, such as the pages visited, the referring website, the type of browser, operating system and device, and the country the visit came from. This information does not identify you. See cookies and analytics.
When we research business contacts
Business contact and role information about people we may approach about our services: name, job title, employer, business email address, business phone number where published, and professional profile. This comes from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, UK-based data providers that confirm their data is collected in line with UK GDPR, and public business sources such as company websites. We do not seek sensitive personal data.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to enquiries and arrange a pipeline review. Our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To contact businesses about our services. Our legitimate interest in developing our business, balanced against your interests as described on the trust and compliance page. Email outreach also follows the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
- To provide services to clients. Performance of our contract with the client, and our legitimate interest in managing that relationship.
- To understand how the website is used. Our legitimate interest in improving the website, using anonymous analytics only.
- To meet legal obligations. For example keeping business and tax records, or responding to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and with any business relationship that follows, and are reviewed at least once a year.
- Business contact records are kept only for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were gathered for. Data from third-party providers is also held in line with that provider's licence and retention terms.
- If you opt out, we keep the minimum details needed to make sure you are not contacted again.
- Business and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Security
We use established service providers, limit access to personal data to people who need it, and protect accounts with strong authentication. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to our use of your data, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing
- ask for data you gave us to be transferred to another organisation, where this applies
To use any of these rights, email sales@demandaxis.co.uk. We will respond within one month. If the request relates to a campaign run in a client's name, we will pass it to that client and help them deal with it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our services or the way we use personal data change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
